Our state-of-the-art facilities help us to maximize access life and minimize complications

We strive for perfection with every patient encounter. Our Interventional Nephrologists, Drs. Soundararajan, Derylo, Khan, Leischner, Mitra, Moinuddin, and S. Patel are certified by The American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (ASDIN) and operate out of several state-of-the-art facilities where they will restore your access and ensure successful dialysis treatments for the future.

We are committed to maximizing access life and minimizing complications through innovative approaches to access management. By offering access care in dedicated outpatient settings, we are helping to reduce patient trauma and minimize the costs associated with caring for access sites.

Optimum dialysis care requires an organized approach to vascular access. The goals of our access surveillance are to:

1. Increase the usage life.
2. Improve the detection of stenosis before thrombosis occurs.
3. Decrease the use of central lines.

Our overall procedure success rate of 98% exceeds industry benchmarks.

Patients are seen in a timely manner and are typically in and out within a few hours. Dialysis can be arranged the same day following the access intervention. Our coordinated efforts with your dialysis facility will result in superb overall care. Patient reports are forwarded within 24 hours of the procedure.
